Jamaican Observances and Holidays For November 2025

Techno Teacher JA – The policy of Techno Teacher JA is to collect for the payment of classes three months of classes before the class starts. Classes are normally held one day per week for two hours each class. For three months, that would be a total of about twelve classes, amounting to a total of twenty-four hours. So the student would have to pay for twenty-four hours of class before the class starts. This payment is non-refundable and students are not reimbursed for cancelled classes. If the student desires, he/she may compact the twenty-four hours of class into shorter periods of time. Say maybe the full twenty-four hours may be done in a six-day period, a four-day period, even a two-day period (doing two classes lasting twelve hours each). This may be desired if the exam is near and there is not enough time to have a three-month class. Of course, each person will need different amounts of time to complete their class adequately enough to pass the exam or learn the work. For some persons, twenty-four hours will be enough, but for others one hundred hours will be needed. Still for some slow-learners, or special-needs persons, maybe something like two hundred hours will be needed. In any case, students have to pay for at least twenty-four hours of class at a time before the class starts. Books will have to be bought before the class starts also. If the exam is more than three months away, and time permits, comprehensive books will be used. However, if the exam is less than three months away, and time does not permit the use of comprehensive books to read (with many hours to read), my quick-read summaries will have to be bought and used (for shorter reading time).
