Techno Teacher JA – Techno Teacher JA also has a division called Technological Solutions Employment Agency. The employment agency division has been around as long as the school section – since 1998. It’s just as innovative as the school division, with original ideas unique only to me. There are two different ways for job-seekers and employers to use the service. The first includes the employer paying a yearly fee to get assistance with filling all his vacancies during that year. In this case, job-seekers and persons subsequently hired pay nothing and nothing is deducted from their salary for the service. Only the employer pays. In the second instance, the employer does not pay anything. Instead the job-seeker pays a one-time payment. The employers will be informed of the job-seeker and if they have such a vacancy, the employers may interview and hire as suit them. The employers pay nothing in this case, only the job-seeker pays a one-time payment. This second method is very effective in finding a job by six months’ time or less. It is almost guaranteed – not promised, but almost guaranteed. Of course, factors such as qualification and how the job-seeker handles the interviews will come into play.
